Extra fruity and refreshing Double IPA. While brewing, Stu Mostów used barley and wheat malts, oat flakes and lactose! For hops they used Citra, it gave us tropical aromas together with mango, melon, passionfruit, papaya, pineapple aromas as well like gooseberry, pelargonium and jasmine. They spiced it up with Sabro to add tangerine and coconut aromas. To make this DIPA tase like summer they added tangerine puree and coconut flakes. Let it swing you off your feet.
About the Stu Mostów: The origins of Browar Stu Mostów are unusual, just like the beer to be brewed in it. The idea to start up a brewery was born in their minds and hearts in 2012 and has been slowly maturing ever since, like an old craft ale. Wrocław will keep alive a long-established brewing tradition of the Lower Silesia region. They are focusing on traditional brewing methods, developing beer drinking culture.
